Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. Role Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems. * Diagnose faults and restore critical services quickly and safely. * Monitor and interpret Building Management Systems (BMS) to maintain optimal site performance. * Supervise contractors and ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and permit-to-work processes. * Support the operation of key systems including UPS, LV generators, HVAC, and control circuits. Required Qualifications: * Minimum City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent) or HND/HNC, in mechanical engineering or equivalent. * At least 3 years' experience working within a commercial M&E environment. * Strong technical knowledge of BMS, UPS, LV generators, HVAC, and control circuits. * Must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence.
