Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Maintenance Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
- Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks
- Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders
To be successful for this Maintenance Supervisor role you must have:
- Relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline)
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role
- Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance supervision and technical work
- Experience working across multiple sites or in a similar environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A focus on safety, quality, and service delivery
- A candidate willing to undergo a SC Clearance check to work on this contract
