We are looking for a Legionella Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Legionella Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The Legionella Plumber will be responsible for:

  • Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Perform monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, water sampling and chemical testing across multiple sector properties.
  • Maintain customer water safety logbooks in accordance with ACOP L8 and company guidelines.
  • Complete and submit all documentation in a timely manner, including following up on customer queries.
  • Undertake water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.

To be successful for this Legionella Plumber role you must have:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential minimum requirement).
  • Experience as a Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
  • Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment (desirable).
  • Basic IT skills, preferably including Microsoft Office packages.
