Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.
  • Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • Assisting contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

  • Qualified at a City & Guilds level.
  • Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • A good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance.
  • Full UK driving license.
