Electrician in Farnborough

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrician to join this highly successful and forward‑thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Achieve contract SLA/KPI in all reactive / planned work orders across all service lines for the contract site.
• To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
• Carry out minor surveys and inspections.
• To learn, understand and comply with Client policies and procedures.
• To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, using point of work risk assessments where required.
• To attend and fully participate in training and the annual review / appraisal process as required.
• To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
• To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and to assist in any training of the team.
• If requested, to assist with the monitoring and supervision of subcontractors on a day‑to‑day basis, including apprentices.
• To perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all associated water services equipment, including fault diagnostics and repair.
• Participate in adherence to Quality System documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3 phase and single phase Electrical Installations & Repair, motors, pumps and some controls are desirable.
• Competent LV Electrical installation and maintenance excluding testing.
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.
• Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
• Full and Clean driving Licence.
