We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervise hard services maintenance delivery across multiple buildings, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standards
- Manage and prioritise workloads for on site engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities are completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS, site rules, and Health to day operational discussions
- Monitor operational performance, including job completion, standards, and compliance requirements
- Maintain high service standards in a fast paced, customer facing environment
