Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic leadership and management of multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering estates and engineering services.
  • Maintain full compliance with PFI contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and HTMs/HBNs, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Act as Lead Authorised Person for relevant disciplines, ensuring strict adherence to safe systems of work.
  • Provide specialist technical expertise and professional engineering advice to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies, lifecycle programmes, PPM systems, risk management plans, and asset data programmes.
  • Lead inspections, specialist surveys, lifecycle planning, budgeting, and option appraisals.

To be successful for this Engineering Manager role you must have:

  • Relevant engineering or FM qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, IWFM or equivalent).
  • Proven senior technical leadership experience within FM.
