Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Project Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead the electrical delivery of a flagship MEP project
- Oversee all electrical contract elements, ensuring alignment with programme goals, budgets and milestones
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Allocate labour, materials and equipment effectively to achieve project objectives
- Ensure electrical installations comply with relevant standards and regulations
- Monitor and control expenditure, providing accurate financial and progress reports
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans
- Maintain accurate project records, including permits, contracts, change orders and reports
- Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
To be successful for this Electrical Project Manager role you must have:
- Significant experience in electrical engineering and project management, with a track record of delivering large-scale MEP projects
- 18th Edition
- JIB Gold Card
- SMSTS
