We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrical Shift Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Electrical Shift Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi Skilled Electrical Shift Engineer will be responsible for:
- Complete electrical installations and maintenance strictly adhering to BS 7671 (18th Edition) standards.
- Carry out testing, fault diagnosis, repairs, and updates to maintenance work orders.
- Utilize appropriate test equipment and tools, demonstrating a clear understanding of their limitations.
- Safety First: Follow strict lockout/tagout procedures; no live working is permitted.
- Adopt a "site-first" attitude: willing to attend to any job required on-site, regardless of discipline.
- Assist other tradespeople with wiring, calibration, alignment, and general repair tasks.
- Perform mechanical fixes, general building fabric repairs, or plumbing checks as the situation dictates.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the facility.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Shift Engineer role you must have:
