We are looking for an Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. As the Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer, will be responsible for: * Carry out inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial gas, heating, plumbing and drainage installations. * Undertake pipework inspections, modifications and repairs, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. * Respond to client enquiries, provide technical advice and report defects identified during service visits. * Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports, service records and remedial works documentation. * Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, Permit to Work systems and safe working practices whilst delivering excellent customer service. To be successful for this Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer role you must have: * Experience within a commercial maintenance, facilities management or similar environment. * C&G Level 2, NVQ Level 2, technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Plumbing, Heating or a related discipline. * Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing, drainage, heating and gas systems. * Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and professionally on client sites.
