Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Plumbing Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumbing Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Multi Skilled Plumbing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with contractual requirements across the site
- Ensure job cards and PDA entries are completed accurately
- Involved in new works and planned or responsive maintenance on various plant and systems, including plumbing services
- Install pumps, valves and pipework
- Act upon Legionella risk assessments and implement control measures including flushing systems, taking tap temperatures and performing de-scaling routines (training will be provided)
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Plumbing Engineer role you must have:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing
- At least one year of plumbing/mechanical maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of health and safety measures
- Competent IT skills, including the use of a PDA
- Understanding of Legionella risk assessments and control measures (advantageous)
