Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Mobile Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mobile Plumber will be responsible for:
- Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
- Perform monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, water sampling and chemical testing across multiple sector properties.
- Maintain customer water safety logbooks in accordance with ACOP L8 and company guidelines.
- Complete and submit all documentation in a timely manner, including following up on customer queries.
- Undertake water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.
To be successful for this Mobile Plumber role you must have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential minimum requirement).
- Experience as a Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
- Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment (desirable).
- Basic IT skills, preferably including Microsoft Office packages.
