Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mobile Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing installations such as ventilation systems (AHU, Intake/extract).
- Heating and cooling systems (Thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.).
- Water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
- Reporting any defects and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
To be successful for this Mobile Mechanical Engineer role you must have:
- Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
- Relevant qualifications required e.g. C&G Level 3 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
- The capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
- A valid full driving licence.
