Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi Skilled Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
* Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
* Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
* Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer role you must have:
* Experience in facilities management or building services.
* Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
* Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
* Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces. xiskglj
* Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
