Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Maintenance Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Complete PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks on boiler plant and gas systems to a high standard.
  • Act as the appointed person for Pressure Systems, ensuring compliance with BOAS, PSSR, and relevant legislation.
  • Maintain assets in line with contract requirements, HTMs, HBMs, O&M manuals, and manufacturer instructions, supported by accurate CAFM records.
  • Interpret engineering and building drawings, delivering high-quality workmanship for complex boiler and gas systems and understanding their interdependencies.
  • Document contract variation requests and coordinate with the Commercial Manager to implement changes in line with procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership on combustion efficiency, burner tuning, and gas pressure control, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

To be successful for this Maintenance Manager role you must have:

  • BOAS accreditation (Operator or Manager level).
  • Proven experience working with gas pressure systems, including commissioning, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
  • Strong understanding of combustion principles, steam generation, and pressure vessel safety.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards such as IGEM, PSSR, and Gas Safety Regulations.
  • Ability to lead safety initiatives and train operational staff.
