Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Commercial Gas Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Commercial Gas Engineer, will be responsible for: * Carry out the day to day planned preventative maintenance on gas appliances. * You will also be expected to carry out reactive and emergency tasks on gas appliances. * We are looking for someone who can anticipate, diagnose and repair faults. * You would be expected to complete these tasks within a contractual timescale and making sure that all documentation is completed accurately and correctly. To be successful for this Commercial Gas Engineer role you must have: * The ideal candidate would also have the following relevant gas qualification including: * COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1 * Full UK Driving License. * Candidates will have substantial experience of maintenance. * Testing and fault finding in a variety of plant equipment such as gas boilers, heating plants pumps and ventilation.
