Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise disruption
- Respond to urgent issues and troubleshoot on-site problems
- Maintain and test critical systems including generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting
- Keep accurate records of all work completed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in building services or facilities maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering or maintenance
