Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and repair all operational equipment.
  • Answer queries, oversee planned PPM and compliance works, and keep the client fully informed of site activities.
  • Assist contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations, and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Work with a flexible and pro-active approach, effectively prioritising your own workload while supporting other engineers and staff as required.
  • Ensure safe working practices at all times, including carrying tools/equipment up to 20kg, ascending/descending vertical access equipment, and working at heights.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

  • City & Guilds qualified, with experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
