Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Facilities Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Facilities Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and oversee the operational management of facilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and service programs to maintain high operational standards
- Manage, mentor and support a team of technicians and contractors to achieve departmental objectives
- Develop and implement operational procedures and improvement initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics, budgets and resource allocation to optimise service delivery
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and regulatory requirements across all operations
