We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for: * Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services * Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems * Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding * Effectively prioritise your own workload * Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team * Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota * Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time * Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer role you must have: * Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures * Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description * Full UK driving licence * Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration * Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
