We are looking for an Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervise hard services maintenance delivery across multiple buildings, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standards
- Manage and prioritise workloads for on-site engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities are completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS, site rules, and Health & Safety policies
- Act as a key point of contact for the client, providing updates and supporting day-to-day operational discussions
- Monitor operational performance, including job completion, standards, and compliance requirements
- Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
To be successful for this Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor role you must have:
- Strong technical background in hard services maintenance (electrical or mechanical)
- Proven supervisory or management experience within a hard services or facilities management environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
