Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Data Coordinator to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The Data Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date security vetting information in the company Vetting Database in line with policy and statutory requirements.
  • Advise contractors and staff of clearance statuses weekly and administer vetting processes for supply chain partners.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operative and staff records, preparing and issuing vetting status reports.
  • Produce, record, and issue contract identity cards and manage all related correspondence, including documentation to DIO Security.
  • Complete general administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming/outgoing post, ensuring timely response to emails and calls.
  • Coordinate and support Establishment Managers within Scotland & Northern Ireland (S&NI) to achieve contractual KPIs.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain partners to support KPI delivery in relevant areas of responsibility.
  • Monitor operational performance each month with Site Teams, APs, Helpdesk, and Supply Chain to drive improvements in statutory, management, and operational performance.
