Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a BMS Service Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a BMS Service Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The BMS Service Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high‑quality Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) across multiple BMS platforms, including Trend, Tridium/Niagara, and Distech.
  • Diagnose, recommend, and implement system improvements, remedial works, and optimisation strategies.
  • Carry out surveys, proposals, quotations, and small works related to BMS upgrades and system enhancements.
  • Respond to reactive callouts, ensuring fast, effective, and professional resolution of BMS‑related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager and the wider national BMS team to ensure consistent service delivery and system performance.

To be successful for this BMS Service Engineer role you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with Trend Controls and/or Tridium/Niagara platforms.
  • Ability to modify Trend 963, IQVision software, and associated schematics confidently.
