We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is a specialist UK construction and maintenance contractor, delivering high-quality refurbishment and installation projects. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Project Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Project Manager, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple refurbishment projects across London and surrounding areas
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project deadlines
  • Overseeing works within live environments while minimising disruption
  • Monitoring project progress, quality, budgets, and health & safety compliance
  • Conducting site inspections and managing stakeholder communication
  • Ensuring projects comply with client requirements and building regulations

To be successful for this Project Manager role you must have:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Experience delivering refurbishment projects from start to finish
  • Experience managing multiple projects at one time
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Hands-on and flexible approach to working on-site
