As the Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: * Creating, posting, and updating job adverts then managing & processing applications and responses. * Determining suitability of candidates in line with the job requirements and person specifications. * Headhunting candidates for niche roles. * Initiate and manage candidate and client relationships, understanding their requirements and needs. * Use a range of different online tools and websites to expand our reach.
