Who are they?

They're an award-winning EdTech platform changing how students apply to university - making it easier, smarter, and more personal. Their platform generates 14m+ annual page views and helps 1 in 5 UK students find a course at their chosen university. They work with around 75% of all major institutions and are now expanding with multiple products.

Their culture is everything: collaborative, inclusive, and built around trust and flexibility. You'll be part of a team that celebrates progress, values impact over hierarchy, and promotes from within. They've grown fast and they're only getting started.

And who do they need?

They're looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager who can prioritise business needs, keep the roadmap on track, and communicate effectively across engineering, UX, marketing and sales. You'll work directly with the leadership team to shape and execute the company's vision and roadmap.

You'll lead and mentor a small product team (Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, QA Lead, QA Tester), fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll translate product strategy into clear, actionable initiatives, define and maintain high product standards, and use data (GA4) to guide product decisions and identify growth opportunities.

This is hands-on product leadership - you'll write clear product briefs and specifications, work closely with engineering on releases, drive cross-functional collaboration, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, product quality, and team effectiveness.

So, if you have:

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in a high-growth digital or startup environment
  • Proven experience leading product initiatives from idea through to delivery
  • Comfortable working closely with founders or senior leadership to shape product direction
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
  • Experience working with engineering, design, and QA teams to ship high-quality products
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A growth mindset - always looking for ways to improve the product and business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly

Then they'd love to speak with you - and so would we! Experience comes in many forms, and passion goes a long way. If your background is close to what they're looking for, please consider applying even if you can't check every box.

Send your CV and we can set up a call to talk around the opportunity in more detail.
