A young, high-growth EdTech scale-up in Shoreditch is looking for a Client Success Manager to join their close-knit team. Here’s the good stuff:

Who are they?
They’re an award-winning EdTech platform changing how students apply to university making it easier, smarter, and more personal. And who do they need?
They’re looking for someone confident, organised, and naturally good with people, who enjoys building trusted client relationships and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll own a portfolio of 15+ higher education clients, act as their main point of contact, and make sure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, especially during busy periods like Clearing.
You’ll be a trusted partner to clients, communicating clearly, solving problems quickly, and helping them get the most from the product. Alongside this, you’ll support and guide a small Client Success team, managing priorities, handling escalations, and maintaining high standards of client experience.
It’s not a sales role. It’s about relationships, detail, and trust, in a fast-growing business making a real impact in education.
So, If you have:
- 2+ years’ management experience in a client-facing or client management role
- Confidence working with senior clients and managing campaigns end to end
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Education or Marketing background would be a huge advantage
