Our client is seeking a technically minded and reliable individual to join their team as a Water Softener Service Technician. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone practical, hands-on, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned maintenance of domestic water softeners
  • Carrying out drinking water filter replacements
  • Delivering salt and other water treatment supplies
  • Diagnosing basic system faults and assessing equipment performance
  • Providing professional and friendly customer support on-site
  • Completing service reports and maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Technically minded with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
  • Must be over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (advantageous but not essential)
