Our client is seeking a technically minded and reliable individual to join their team as a Water Softener Service Technician. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone practical, hands-on, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned maintenance of domestic water softeners
- Carrying out drinking water filter replacements
- Delivering salt and other water treatment supplies
- Diagnosing basic system faults and assessing equipment performance
- Providing professional and friendly customer support on-site
- Completing service reports and maintaining high standards of workmanship
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Technically minded with a practical, hands-on approach
- Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
- Must be over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (advantageous but not essential)
