Our client is seeking a Workshop Controller with previous Workshop Control experience, to work within their busy team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work within a fast paced environment. You will have a positive attitude and the willingness to work as part of an effective team and be able to communicate at all levels and meet and exceed customer expectations and service levels. You will have strong organisational and people management skills as well as a hands on approach. You will be able to motivate the team and meet deadlines.
Main duties will include:
- The efficient running of the workshop
- Liaison with other team members to keep them up to date with progress and advising on any additional work required to be carried out
- Delegating workloads to other team members
