WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Colnbrook

LOCATION: Colnbrook
SALARY:£30,000K P.A.
HOURS:Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9am – 6pm

Our client is seeking a physically fit and competent Warehouse Supervisor to take the reins in a busy, hands-on warehouse environment. If you’re enthusiastic, a quick learner, and ready to lead from the front, this could be the ideal role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations and staff workflow
·Accurately pick and prepare products for dispatch
·Learn and apply technical knowledge related to product sizes, lengths, and specifications (full training provided)
·Handle repetitive tasks including cutting and reeling equipment with precision
·Operate or assist with forklift duties (licence preferred but not essential)
Requirements:
·Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including heavy lifting
·Numerate and detail-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp technical information
·Strong leadership skills with a sense of responsibility and initiative
·Enthusiastic, dependable, and able to work well in a team-driven environment
