LOCATION: Epsom – MUST be local SALARY: £To be Discussed HOURS: 9am to 5pm – 1 hr for Lunch Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their busy and expanding team. The successful candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, capable of carrying out a wide range of warehouse duties and stepping in to assist wherever needed. A Counterbalance or Bendi Forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential. Key Responsibilities: * Utilise hands-on warehouse operations by unloading, loading, wrapping, and keeping the warehouse organised and efficient * Contribute to order management and be able to process Royal Mail shipments accurately and on time * Packing customer orders with care and assisting with picking when required * Contribute to production & assembly and the creation of their own unique retail stock range * Use coordination and arrange pallet collections through carriers’ websites and ensuring smooth dispatch * Oversee daily UPS/DHL collections to maintain a seamless delivery process * Work confidently with their in-house software (training provided) to process and track tasks Requirements * Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems * A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment Desirable (not essential): * Valid Counterbalance or Bendi Truck licence * Experience or training in Dangerous Goods handling (Lithium Batteries)
