Our client is a well-established, growing company based in Sunbury-on-Thames, and they’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic and proactive Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join their friendly, close-knit team. You’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting customers, coordinating installations and training, managing orders and stock, and helping the wider team keep everything running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone, email and video calls, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Client Installations & Training: Coordinate and deliver remote installation and training sessions using platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
- Customer Feedback: Assist with customer satisfaction surveys, gathering valuable feedback and helping to report on customer experience.
- Orders & Stock: Manage web and email orders while helping coordinate stock, deliveries and logistics.
- Marketing Support: Get involved with marketing activities and initiatives, helping the business continue to grow.
- Administration: Provide general administrative support across the business — no two days are quite the same!
