Hours: 27.5 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Salary: £19,250 (£28,000 pro rata)
Driving hours will vary. Some days no driving and other days could be out for 2-3 hours or more.
Purpose of the Role
The post holder will be responsible for warehouse support and will contribute to the smooth running of the warehouse and the deliveries in line with the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a driver for all deliveries and collections
- Be responsible for advanced route planning for demand collections
- Perform pre trip inspections of vehicle safety, including the logbooks.
- Load/unload all equipment/materials and properly secure all loads, adhering to workplace health and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts, delivery confirmations and any required signatures.
- Contribute to planning and implementation of warehouse operations.
- Take on additional duties as required by the Lead Warehouse Operative.
- Provide cover to the Lead Warehouse Operative ensuring key tasks and responsibilities are actioned.
