Personal Assistant to Managing Partner Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner of a leading organisation within its field. This is a busy and varied role that requires strong organisation, discretion, and the ability to be the Managing Partner’s right hand, both in and out of the office. You will be proactive, adaptable, and ready to travel when required, helping to keep both business and personal affairs running smoothly at all times. Key Responsibilities * Full management of diary, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements. * Monitor and prioritise emails and correspondence. * Handle all matters with discretion and professionalism. * Take clear notes and follow up on actions to ensure deadlines are met. * Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. * Support with personal tasks and errands when needed. * Be the “eyes and ears” of the Managing Partner, keeping them informed of key information. * Accompany and assist the Managing Partner during travel, meetings, and events. Requirements * Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a senior leader. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Absolute discretion with sensitive and confidential information. * Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. * Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel. * Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure. Personal Attributes Loyal, trustworthy, and discreet. Proactive with strong initiative and problem-solving skills. Professional, composed, and able to build positive relationships at all levels.
