Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will support the customer booking process, coordinate with subcontractors, and schedule service engineer appointments. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, customer reports (such as risk assessments), and contractors’ monthly service schedules/diaries. Additionally, you'll assist with invoicing and general paperwork. While accounting experience is a plus, it is not required. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, handle orders, and process customer payments efficiently. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Administrator and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
