The Role
Our fabulous client is seeking an Interior and Finishing Technician to join their close-knit manufacturing team. You’ll handle the bespoke fit-out and finishing of their specialised vehicles, ensuring a high-quality, durable, and professional interior.
Key Responsibilities
• Fit and finish bespoke interiors, including seating, panels, flooring, insulation, and
trim
• Work with specialist materials (marine-grade, automotive-standard) to ensure
durability and safety
• Align and secure components for a precise, high-quality finish
• Collaborate with engineers to improve interior layout and fit-out procedures
• Inspect all interior components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Contribute to problem-solving and design improvements
• Record materials used and any modifications made during the build
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, organisation, and safety
