Our client is a fabulous organisation seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pet exports.
You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of exporting pets, ensuring all paperwork and processes are handled efficiently. You will occasionally drive the company van to drop off pets at Heathrow Airport. You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
