Our fabulous client in the property industry is looking for an enthusiastic, creative Assistant to the Head of Property. Someone with great energy, top-tier organisational skills, and a can-do attitude who’s excited to grow within the role. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Design Support
- Create appealing property brochures using Canva
- Design marketing materials to promote properties and services
- Order print materials and ensure timely delivery to the correct locations
- Client-Facing Communications
- Draft engaging letters that reflect the company’s personality and make them stand out from the crowd
- Answer calls, support with enquiries, and maintain a friendly presence in all versions of communication
- Event Support & Planning
- Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing occasional and fabulous events
- Run smaller events independently or work alongside the Head of Property on larger ones
- Admin & Operations
- Diary management, schedule appointments, and flag items of importance
- Handle invoicing and payment tracking
- Complete research tasks from historical property records to quirky event ideas
- Pitch in with whatever’s needed from troubleshooting tech to prepping for property photoshoots
About You:
- Confident, proactive and solution-oriented - you won’t be afraid to try something new
- Excellent attention to detail – you will take pride in ensuring everything looks and sounds perfect
- A natural multi-tasker with great IT skills (Word, Excel, Canva – bonus points for PowerPoint or other design tools)

- Must have a car and be comfortable driving to local locations as needed
