Customer Service Agent, with AIRFREIGHT EXPERIENCE

Monday – Friday, 08.30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary

Circa. £30,000 per annum for the right person

Our client is a fabulous organisation and they are seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide a top notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pet exports.

You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of exporting pets, ensuring all paperwork and processes are handled efficiently and you will occasionally drive the company van to drop off pets at Heathrow Airport.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

  • A genuine love for animals and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE with the ability to drive the small company van as rarely needed.
  • Airfreight experience required,
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
