PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, 2 -3 DAYS PER WEEK--

LOCATION: Walton-on-Thames
SALARY £Negotiable depending on experience

HOURS: Part-Time: 8am – 4pm, 2–3 days per week

Our client, a reputable Building Maintenance company, is seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join their small and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on office environment and is always on the ball for work to do. The role is prefect for anyone looking to get back into work or to keep themselves busy. Previous experience in the maintenance sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Engineers, including some scheduling
• Handle ordering of equipment and materials
• Book maintenance appointments
• Maintain accurate records and service documentation
• General office duties and customer liaison

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Maintenance and/or Service Industry is preferred
• Comfortable working in a small office setting
• Proactive, reliable, and well-organised
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
