Our client is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join their friendly, professional team and help keep our customers’ lawns looking their absolute best. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys providing excellent customer service. No previous lawn-care experience? No problem! Full training will be provided, including the opportunity to gain PA1 & PA6 qualifications where required.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Carrying out planned lawn-care programmes
- Applying fertilisers, treatments and herbicides
- Scarifying and hollow-tining lawns
- Cleaning and treating hard surfaces
- Travelling between customer properties in a company vehicle
- Building great relationships with customers
- Completing application records, paperwork and payments accurately
- Identifying opportunities and generating customer leads
- Keeping your vehicle and equipment clean, safe and well maintained
You’ll spend most of your time working independently, so being organised, reliable and comfortable managing your own day is important.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential as you’ll be driving a company vehicle and working across a wide geographical area.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
You don’t need to be an experienced lawn-care professional to apply. Our client will provide the training you need to carry out the role safely and professionally, including PA1 & PA6 training and qualifications where necessary. You’ll also receive training in:
- Safe chemical handling
- COSHH
- Product application
- Health & safety
- NPTC guidelines
- Lawn-care techniques and treatments

- £28,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
