We're supporting a major investment management transformation programme and are looking for an experienced

Sim Corp Front Office Stream Lead to drive the delivery of Front Office enhancements across trading, order management and instrument enablement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Sim Corp consultant with strong Front Office expertise, leadership experience and a background delivering complex trading workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front Office workstream throughout delivery.
  • Configure and enable new Sim Corp Front Office functionality and trading workflows.

• Support implementation of new instrument types including

  • FX Options
  • Interest Rate Swaps (IRS)
  • Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS)
  • CDS Single Name & CDS Index
  • Deliver enhancements across order management, execution and trading automation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams to deliver Front Office capabilities.
  • Provide functional leadership, solution design and implementation guidance.
  • Required Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with

Sim Corp Dimension Front Office .

  • Previous experience leading Sim Corp implementation or transformation workstreams.
  • Expertise across Front Office order management and trading workflows.
  • Experience with derivatives, fixed income and FX products.
  • Knowledge of FIX connectivity and electronic trading workflows.
  • Experience with EMSX, 360T and/or FXGO is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Knowledge

  • Order aggregation and internal netting.
  • Post-trade allocations.
  • FX trading workflows including partial fills, slicing and swaps.
  • Front Office APIs and next-generation Order Management capabilities.
  • Algorithmic trading integration.
