We are looking for an experienced SimCorp Dimension IOS Lead to take a key delivery role on a major SimCorp implementation programme for a financial services organisation. This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring someone who can own the IOS workstream throughout the project lifecycle, from fit-to-standard and clarification workshops through configuration/parameterisation and delivery.
The Role
As the IOS Lead, you will take responsibility for coordinating IOS activities across the programme while working closely with the Solution Owner, Project Manager and wider SimCorp delivery team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead IOS fit‑to‑standard and clarification workshops
- Act as the primary IOS Lead throughout project delivery
- Own and coordinate activities across the IOS workstream
- Contribute hands‑on to action parameterisation/configuration
- Translate business and operational requirements into appropriate SimCorp solutions
- Coordinate dependencies and decisions across relevant IOS topics
- Work closely with the Solution Owner and Project Manager to support successful delivery
- Engage effectively with client stakeholders throughout the implementation
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands‑on experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
- Significant experience within IOS / Investment Operations
- Previous experience leading an IOS workstream on a SimCorp implementation or transformation
- Strong knowledge of fit‑to‑standard workshops
- Experience with SimCorp configuration/parameterisation, including actions
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to combine hands‑on SimCorp expertise with workstream leadership
- Experience working across complex implementation programmes
Contract Details
- Location: Remote, aligned to Malaysia time zone
- Travel: Some client‑site presence may be required
- Commitment: 100%
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: Through 6 July 2027
