As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will translate complex client requirements into clear, scalable, and differentiated solutions, drawing on deep expertise in the platform and its associated functions. You will act as a subject matter expert, guide and support delivery teams, and take accountability for the quality and direction of technical decisions. Close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders across the organisation is essential, as is the ability to shape cross-team solutions and resolve issues that span multiple domains. Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow is expected.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM) within ServiceNow, leading design workshops and contributing to sprint and project planning.
  • Own the technical requirements, design, and build of ServiceNow HAM SAM capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practice.
  • Provide technical governance across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Enforce coding and development standards across delivery teams.
  • Produce solution designs and high-level architectural documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues, blockers, and design challenges.
