As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will translate complex client requirements into clear, scalable, and differentiated solutions, drawing on deep expertise in the platform and its associated functions. You will act as a subject matter expert, guide and support delivery teams, and take accountability for the quality and direction of technical decisions. Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM) within ServiceNow, leading design workshops and contributing to sprint and project planning.
- Own the technical requirements, design, and build of ServiceNow HAM SAM capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practice.
- Provide technical governance across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Enforce coding and development standards across delivery teams.
- Produce solution designs and high-level architectural documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability.
