Senior Corporate Actions Specialist - Hybrid Contract Role in London
Are you ready to bring your expertise in corporate actions to a fast-paced, global environment? We're hiring a Senior Corporate Actions Process Executive for a hybrid contract position based in London. If you're experienced in handling income and corporate action events and enjoy working across international markets, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day processing of corporate actions and income events (dividends, coupons)
Handle mandatory and voluntary events: stock splits, mergers, tenders, IPOs, rights issues, and more
Calculate entitlements based on key event dates
Manage election processes and notify external parties of payable/receivable claims
Reconcile and settle claims, escalating where needed
Ensure daily accounting reconciliation and policy compliance
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years' experience in corporate actions/income processing
Proficient in SWIFT payments and reconciliation tools (eg, Intellimatch)
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable under pressure
Strong communicator and team player
Solid MS Office skills
