We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to join a high-impact government programme focused on delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead cloud security strategy within a complex, multi-team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the cloud security architecture and framework, aligned to business objectives and performance targets.
  • Design, document, and oversee implementation of cloud security controls and transition into managed security operations.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance across multiple teams.
  • Lead and influence key architectural and security decisions across the programme.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure security is embedded by design.
  • Develop and implement innovative security strategies to strengthen overall cloud security posture.
  • Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk reviews, ensuring timely mitigation of vulnerabilities.
