Program Manager – Asset Management Projects – London

We’re looking for a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic transformation programme for a Tier 1 asset management client in London. This is a long-term opportunity to deliver complex, multi-stream work within a global financial institution.

Start Date: Mid-January
Contract Length: Initial 2+ years
Location: London (hybrid working arrangements)

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee a large-scale programme involving front-to-back office system implementation and process optimisation. Previous experience managing projects involving portfolio management or investment accounting platforms is essential. Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in asset management or investment operations

• Strong understanding of front, middle, and back-office workflows

• Experience leading complex technology programmes with third-party vendors

• Exposure to SimCorp or similar platforms is an advantage

• Excellent stakeholder management, especially at C-Level

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
