Skillfinder International is seeking an experienced SimCorp Compliance Lead to join a major, long-term investment management transformation programme. This is a senior lead role with responsibility for the SimCorp Compliance Manager workstream, with a particular focus on Pre-Trade Compliance, Front Office/OMS integration and API-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SimCorp Compliance Manager workstream and drive end-to-end solution design
  • Lead the integration between Front Office/OMS and Pre-Trade Compliance
  • Drive API-based integration across Rule Assignment, Pre-Trade, Post-Trade and Lists APIs
  • Define Compliance Manager operating models and workflows
  • Manage compliance data dependencies within the SimCorp Dimension data model
  • Lead discussions across Compliance, Front Office, Data Management, Integration and Architecture teams
  • Support post-trade compliance, alert management, governance and batch-processing requirements
  • Drive delivery across a large-scale, multi-wave compliance implementation

Required Experience

  • Extensive SimCorp Dimension Compliance Manager experience
  • Strong Pre-Trade Compliance and Front Office/Order Management knowledge
  • Deep understanding of the SimCorp Dimension data model
  • Experience with API-driven SimCorp integrations
  • Strong knowledge of compliance workflows, rule management and alert management
  • Experience delivering complex, large-scale compliance transformation programmes
  • Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management and client-facing skills

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of Legal Rule Sets (LRS)
  • Understanding of valuation methodologies, pricing and compliance measures
  • Experience with large portfolio populations and extensive compliance rule inventories
