About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team working on a major transformation programme within the financial services sector. This role involves building scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions that support complex business operations across multiple teams and technical domains.

You will work in a cloud‐first, agile environment and be responsible for delivering end‐to‐end features—from user interface development through to backend engineering. The ideal candidate will act as a subject‐matter expert, contribute to technical decision‐making, and help maintain strong engineering standards across the team.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, efficient full‐stack software solutions

Develop end‐to‐end features across frontend and backend systems

Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Apply cloud‐first and agile principles to solve technical challenges

Participate in code reviews and drive best‐practice development standards

Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of learning and improvement

Contribute to architectural discussions and technical direction across teams
