About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Stream Lead with strong Compliance Management expertise to support a strategic transformation programme within the investment management sector. This consultant will lead front-office activities while acting as the primary subject matter expert for compliance-related workstreams. The role requires an individual who can bridge business, compliance, and operational stakeholders, ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are embedded throughout programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Front Office workstreams and coordinate activities across business and technology teams.
- Act as the primary Compliance SME within the programme.
- Manage compliance-related requirements, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with Front Office, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Ensure regulatory obligations and internal controls are appropriately reflected in programme deliverables.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the workstream.
- Support programme planning, reporting, and governance activities.
- Drive successful delivery through strong stakeholder management and leadership.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Front Office Lead, Stream Lead, Compliance Manager, or Senior Compliance Consultant within investment or asset management environments.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance processes, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
- Experience working closely with Front Office business functions and investment teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment and support APAC stakeholders.
